mixed bag of experiences

faulty tv awful shower

The staff were lovely and friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble.

I found some aspects disappointing. The tv only had one channel working. It kept buffering. The shower was awful. It went from freezing to scalding, with a trickle of water coming out.

The breakfast was certainly not up to par. the food arrived COLD. It reminded me of it had been sitting out for hours. i also found several dirty marks on the walls. It gave the room a less than clean impression.

Breakfast had varied options. The staff were friendly. They provided prompt, helpful service. The room offered a comfortable space with ample lighting and efficient climate control.

The car park was difficult to find. I had to use a separate postcode to locate it behind the building. Better signage would solve this easily.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and that was great. The location was amazing in the center of the town.

The room was small. The bedroom was really noisy because of the building ventilators. The stairs to get to the room were steep and narrow.

lovely staff good atmosphere lack window parking challenge

The room was very clean. I found the staff to be lovely. The pub downstairs had a good atmosphere.

Some marks were visible on the walls. I couldn't open any windows and it was very hot . I found parking to be a challenge.
